Vacuum systems for applications where it can be possible to suck in non aggressive liquids and, specially, air saturated of humidity, for example in the process of manipulation of stone, granite, marble, glass, etc.

The tank has a double function: to act as a liquid decanter and to be a vacuum lung.

Vacuum system elements:

A) Oil lubricated vanes vacuum pump of 20, 40, 63 or 100 m3/h.
B) Process connection valve to insulate the equipment for maintenance operations.
C) Vacuum gauge.
D) Vacuum switch (normally open contact).
E) Discharge valve.
F) Full tank level switch (normally closed contact).
G) Condensation separator filter.

APLICACIONES

• Glass, marble and wood elaboration machines.
• Degassing of paste and clay.
• Machines where it can be possible to suck in non aggressive liquids.
